We’re a motley crew of misfits who each lived in our own little world. And one fateful day, our worlds collided. Although we had all met while working in the hospitality industry, never did we think that this once mindless idea of opening a restaurant together would come to fruition.

HEALTH & SAFETY STANDARDS
Being new to the LoCo scene, we’re a bit out of our comfort zone having to open during these unprecedented times in uncharted territory. But as we open our doors, we can assure you that our commitment to the health and safety of both our team members and guests is steadfast. We truly appreciate your trust in Saigon Outcast and we thank you for your support!
As we open our doors, we will be offering limited dine-in service, to-go, and delivery options.
In addition to our ongoing safe sanitation and food-handling practices, we’re taking additional measures when dining in, in compliance with local government guidelines, as well as meeting CDC recommendations.
Here is what we’ve put into place:
– Hand sanitizing stations
– Extensive disinfection at all common stations and at tables between parties
– Social distancing between tables and guests
– Masks required for all team members
– Daily team wellness checks
